By accessing and using Kreato, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use this platform.

2. Description of Service

Kreato provides a digital content marketplace connecting creators with commercial and creative clients across 150+ countries. Our services include content hosting, licensing, discovery, and transaction facilitation.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of their original content. By uploading content to Kreato, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and distribute your content as part of our services.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the service without authorization
  • Use automated means to access the service without permission
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious software or engage in harmful activities
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Content Standards

All content uploaded must comply with our community guidelines. Content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights is strictly prohibited and will be removed.

7. Payments & Fees

Kreato charges a commission on all transactions. Current fee structures are displayed at the time of listing. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kreato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance of new terms.
